I’ve ordered from tyson.com a few times now, and overall the texture has been good. The chicken is usually tender and not too chewy, which is what I’m looking for when I just need something easy for dinner.

One pack did come out a little tougher than the others, and it kind of threw me off, so I’d probably give it 4 stars. Still decent overall, and better than some other frozen meat I’ve picked up before.

I got the recall notice quickly, and thankfully it was clear enough that I didn’t have to waste time figuring out what it meant. I’m not exactly patient with this kind of stuff, so I appreciated being able to check my package right away without guessing. Recalls are annoying, but Tyson handled the communication fine in my case.

I buy Tyson often for nights when I’m too tired to deal with a full dinner. It’s easy to make, the directions are straightforward, and it cooks fast enough, which is the main reason I keep grabbing it. The taste is decent too, but I do get annoyed that some pieces are different sizes, so a few cook better than others. It’s convenient, but that part could definitely be better

I ordered from tyson.com and the delivery got here on time, which I appreciated. The order was mostly correct, but not totally — one item came in the wrong size and another item was missing, so it was a little frustrating.

Customer service did help once I contacted them, so I’ll give them credit for that. But I think most customers would expect the order to be double-checked before it ships. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as it should’ve been

I picked up the tyson chicken strips last week, and I was pleasantly surprised. They have a really nice flavor, the breading gets crisp in the air fryer, and they don’t taste overly salty like some frozen chicken can.

My kids ate them without even asking for sauce, which is basically a big win in my house. I tried a few pieces too, and I’d confidently say these taste better than several other frozen chicken strips we’ve bought before.

The only thing I’d change is that I wish the bag came with a little more in it. But as far as taste and texture go, I’m happy with them and would definitely buy them again.

i mean, the chicken itself is good, but the flavor choices get old after a while. I’d really like to see more spicy or just different options on Tyson to mix things up

The portions were good for the price, though I thought they’d be a bit bigger. It wasn’t terrible, but I was a little disappointed and would’ve appreciated at least a quick apology or some acknowledgment.

The sourcing info was easy to find, and I liked that they talk about the farms, animal care, and suppliers in a way that doesn’t feel overly complicated or anything.

Every now and then the exact chicken strips I want are out , which is kind of annoying , but there’s almost always another option I can pick up . The site is decent for checking what’s available too . I’d give it 4 stars since I can find it most of the time .

From what I saw, they’re sharing more about reducing waste, using less water, and improving farming practices, which was encouraging. The information was easy to find on their site too, and that made it feel like they’re taking it seriously rather than just saying the right things.

I grabbed a few packs from Tyson and it was fresher than I thought it would be. It showed up cold, looked like it should, and there wasn’t any weird smell or anything like that.
I cooked some that same night and it tasted good. Nothing super special to say about it, just decent fresh chicken and this order went fine. I’d probably buy it again...
